We closed the pool today. Becky got to help out by putting the caps in the fence post holes.

This was the one and only watermelon that made it to picking stage. The rest never ripened all the way. It was good, but too many seeds for the girls to enjoy.

We had perfect weather every day this week - nice and cool in the morning and warm in the afternoons. Perfect park weather!

The paint in our pool was really starting to chip so we found someone to paint it. We went with all blue instead of white on the bottom this time.

Anthony got what he thought was cellulitis in his left foot; we took photos to track the redness. He ended up with an infected abcess that had to be drained and he spent 3 nights at Chilton getting intravenous antibiotics.

First day of school, 2012! Susie's in 3rd, Maggie in 5th, and Becky started at Rainbow Nursery in the same class Maggie had 6 years ago.

Lenna likes hotdogs. Not the greatest food, but she'll eat them. She calls them "suesah" which is her word for sausage. We've all started using that word now!
