We had a gift card for Panera so Anthony, Becky, Lenna and I went and had a very pleasant lunch. Then Becky had dance class with Emma.

Driving down Maple towards our street. We've had a nice run of fall colors, but with the approaching Hurricane Sandy I'm guessing this view will be quite different by this time next week.

Another pretty sky; this one at around 7:30 am. The sailor's saying "pink in the morning..." was definitely true; it clouded up around 9:30 and was raining by 10:00.

Len Berman, sports reporter extraordinaire was at the school today signing copies of his books. The girls each got one, inscribed to Anthony. This will be a great Christmas present!

We went to the FAAN walk in Ridgewood. It was fun, until Maggie ate some chips made with lentils and had a bit of a reaction. :(

The sky looked cool. This is heading down Route 23 South. There was a lot more northbound traffic at this time of day.

Lenna and I hung out at the Preakness branch of the library while Becky was at dance class. Notice the jammies. She either wears a ballerina outfit or jammies these days.

Becky had picture day. She wanted to practice smiling. The Very Hungry Caterpillar did not make an appearance in her school photo.

We spent the day at the Heaven Hill Farm in Vernon, NJ, doing everything from a hay ride, to a corn maze, to watching pigs race. It was a great way to spend a few hours!

Time for dance class again! Emma is in Becky's class. This is the biggest class Becky has ever been in - should be interesting to see how she handles it.
